Privacy Policy

This policy explains what DOMIVKA collects when you request a Home Technology Blueprint, why we collect it, and how to have it removed.

Who we are

DOMIVKA is an independent home technology design and planning service based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Contact details are at the bottom of this page and in the site footer.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the request form, plus basic analytics. Specifically:

  • Contact details — your name, phone number, and email address if you provide one.
  • Property details — your ZIP code, approximate home size, what you need help with, your current internet provider, preferred contact time, and anything you write in the message field.
  • Calculator selection — the home size and Blueprint type you picked, so we can see what you were quoted before you got in touch.
  • Optional photo — only if you choose to attach one. See the section below; we treat these more carefully than the rest.
  • Analytics — if analytics is enabled, standard measurement data such as pages viewed, approximate location by region, device type, and which buttons were clicked. This is not tied to your name.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or copies of identity documents.

Photos and floor plans

The photo field is optional and exists only to make the discovery call more useful. If you upload a floor plan, a listing photo, or a picture of where your equipment sits:

  • It is used solely to prepare for and carry out your Blueprint.
  • It is not published, posted, used in marketing, or shown as an example without your separate written permission.
  • It is deleted on request, and otherwise removed when we clear out old leads (see Retention).
  • Please do not upload images showing other people, alarm codes, keys, or documents.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your request and arrange a discovery call.
  • To decide whether the project is a fit and, if so, to schedule and carry out the on-site scan.
  • To design and deliver your Blueprint.
  • To send an invoice for the Blueprint fee if you go ahead.
  • To keep basic records of work performed.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Who else handles it

Running the service means a few third-party tools touch your data. Each processes it on our behalf, under their own terms:

  • Form and hosting provider — receives the form submission and hosts this site.
  • Airtable — where lead records are stored and tracked.
  • Google Analytics — website measurement, if enabled.
  • Stripe — payment processing, only if you proceed. Card details go to Stripe directly; we never see or store them.
  • Phone and email providers — used to contact you.

If you request an installation proposal, we will share only what is needed for that quote with an appropriate installation provider — and only after telling you.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become projects are removed within about 12 months. Records for completed Blueprints, including the delivered report, are kept longer for warranty, support, and tax purposes. Uploaded photos are deleted once the Blueprint is delivered unless you ask us to keep them for future work.

Your choices

Write to us and we will, within a reasonable time:

  • tell you what we hold about you;
  • correct anything wrong;
  • delete your details and any photos you sent;
  • stop contacting you.

Nevada residents may also direct us not to sell their covered information. We do not sell it in any case, but the request will be honoured and recorded.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. If analytics is enabled, the analytics provider may set its own cookies to measure visits. You can block these in your browser without affecting how the site works.

Security

Data is held in the accounts listed above, protected by passwords and two-factor authentication where the provider supports it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send anything through this site that you would not want stored by a third-party service.

Children

This service is intended for homeowners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.

Home Technology Blueprint is a design and planning service. Equipment, installation, wiring, mounting, drilling, construction work, and permits are not included. Any installation work, if requested, is quoted separately and performed by an appropriate installation provider.
