Terms of Service

What the Home Technology Blueprint is, what it is not, and the terms you agree to when you request one.

The service

DOMIVKA provides the Home Technology Blueprint: a paid design and planning service. It typically includes a discovery call, an on-site 3D or floor plan scan, Wi-Fi coverage planning, camera placement planning where selected, equipment recommendations, implementation options, planning-level budget ranges, and a PDF-style report.

What is not included

The Blueprint fee covers design and planning only. It does not include equipment, installation, wiring, drilling, mounting, attic work, construction, permits, or a final contractor quote. DOMIVKA is an independent design and planning service and does not perform regulated installation work.

If you decide to move forward, installation is quoted separately and performed by an appropriate installation provider where required.

Budget ranges are not quotes

Any budget ranges in your Blueprint are for planning purposes only. They are not a final quote, contractor bid, or installation contract. Final pricing depends on site conditions, cable paths, selected equipment, labour requirements, and provider approval.

No performance guarantee

The Blueprint is a planning tool based on your home layout, recommended placement, and industry best practice. It does not guarantee specific Wi-Fi speeds, throughput, or camera results. Real-world performance varies with building materials, interference, your internet service, equipment selection, device limitations, and installation quality.

Booking and payment

  • Submitting the request form costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
  • We contact you for a discovery call to check the project is a fit.
  • If it is, we schedule the on-site scan and send an invoice or payment link for the Blueprint fee.
  • The fee is due before the Blueprint is delivered, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Access to the property

You confirm that you own the property or have permission from the owner to arrange a scan. If you rent, please confirm the owner's permission before booking — particularly where cameras, mounting, wiring, or future installation are involved. Scans need safe, unobstructed access to the areas being planned.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Let us know as early as you can if you need to reschedule. If you cancel before the on-site scan takes place, any fee paid is refunded in full. Once the scan has been carried out and the Blueprint delivered, the fee is non-refundable, because the work has been done.

Your Blueprint

The delivered Blueprint is yours to keep and to use as you like, including with another installer. DOMIVKA retains ownership of the underlying templates, drawing style, and methods used to produce it.

Coverage area

We serve Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, Southwest Las Vegas, Southern Highlands, Enterprise, and nearby areas. Homes over 5,000 sq ft, complex layouts, guest houses, multi-building properties, and large estates are quoted individually before booking.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DOMIVKA's total liability in connection with the service is limited to the Blueprint fee you paid. DOMIVKA is not liable for work carried out by any installation provider, or for decisions you make based on the Blueprint.

Changes

These terms may change. The version in effect is the one published when you submit your request. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.
